15 year Now started a month to month rental, furnished, bills paid A full cottage, one bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, large living area , country, private property with owners home. Also 2-1 bedroom jacuzzi cabins. Also country woods and water view weddings, www.asavannahslodge.com
What is your primary product or service?
Outside weddings for smaller weddings, rental jacuzzi cabins for lhoneymoon Suite. Do your own wedding for groups of 50, rent your chair, tables, tent? Use the wedding area, white gazebo, lakeside, bridges, ledge rock area's on the water. Minister can be available, if you don't have your own. $500 for 4 hours, and you can set up and decorator earlier. Park-like setting, beautiful woods and water views. I am somewhat Retired so check early. All Outside. Great Price!

Decided to do Month to Month Rentals and Full Cottage. just to do rental cabins and suite, no breakfast served. Local restaurants . Wedding gazebo to lakeside woods and water area decided to do a few selected weddings. Smaller wedding of 10 can be in the lodge den,. Or come and go weddings anytime. inside $155, or outside in wedding area $275 includes minister, wedding couples, and 10 guest $10 for extra guest. in the gazebo, lakeside area, bridges, ect. standing inside or out.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Countryside, beautiful woods and water views, relaxing,bring another couple to enjoy their company, Quiet, peaceful, fishing no licence needed bring your poles. Will Rent Cottage or Cabins on a Month to Month Basis, Short or long term.
Also have a corporate house now, bills paid, furnished full kitchen on private property, Month to Month rentals, full kitchen, equipped.

Beautiful property, so peaceful, so restful enjoyed our stay. Will be back. Need to tell our friends seems like Arkansas but not so far away, Looks so much prettier than the pictures. Always they didn't know anything like this was here.
